Anyone else have the problem making yourself a healthy snake and your kids walk in and give you the fish mouth saying “AWWW… AWWWW?”

This is a low carb and healthy recipe that you can feel good about eating and also have enough to serve the whole fam!  If you’re by yourself, well, save some brownie for binging later tonight.

Ingredients:

  • 3 keto bars from costco
  • 8 oz almond milk *(or milk of choice, either pistachio or cashew milk make great alternatives)
  • 1 duncan Hines keto mix (I used walnut brownie)
    • 2 tbsp water
    • 1 tbsp butter (this is specific to the mix, if you sub in your own premade low carb brownies skip the butter)
    • heat 1 minute in the microwave
  • Lily’s chocolate chips
  • 16 oz ice
  • whipped cream of choice

This recipe is super easy, it’s incredibly yummy and crunchy even with Lily’s sugar alcohol chocolate chips because they’re cold.  Top with whipped cream (which has some sugar but is also low in carbs, sub w/ homemade whipped cream).
