Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. This Terms of Service is licensed by TermsFeed Generator to MCCORKLELIFE.
Returns
HAND PRINTED ITEMS BY US: For items that are hand printed by us to order (as noted in our description of the product in the store), we cannot accept returns on those pieces but we will do our best to exchange an item for a different size if we have it in stock! Please send the original item to our address listed on your package with a note including your name, order number and what you would like to exchange the item for (style AND size) so that we can complete the return as quickly as possible and get your new item sent out right away!
ORDERS FROM VENDORS: For items ordered and shipped from one of our vendors, we can only offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. We, nor our vendor, have backup inventory of orders as they are all custom made to order so please ensure your size/selection is correct. In the case a replacement order is arranged (wait for us to place the order for replacement), there is no need to send the original order back to us or the vendor. We cannot offer refunds at this time.
- Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS FROM A VENDOR OR MADE BY HAND?
- A: If the item is from us it will be mailed from our address in Arizona. If the item is from a vendor it will be in the vendor packaging and include their return address in the event an items should have to be returned – most cases our vendors do not require return for replacement orders. Our vendors do not accept returns however as they are made to order.
Sale items, seasonal items and anything that has been cut or destroyed are not eligible for exchange.
Discounts
Unfortunately our site does not allow for the use of multiple discounts to be used at once. Please use the higher of the two offered for the most savings!
Care
To keep your pieces looking good as new, be sure to wash in a GENTLE cycle on COLD water and hang to dry to prevent shrinking or fading.
Shipping
Orders from our website automatically are placed to our vendor within 24 hours, then you’ll receive an update that your order is processing. Time for production to shipment typically take about 1-2 weeks turnaround from what order date from we’ve experienced, then the order will be shipped out. Please allow that amount of lead time before expecting your shipping confirmation email.
All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail or flat rate mail. MCCORKLELIFE is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or packages damaged during shipping. Matters such as these must be taken up with the postal service.
Variation
Since each shirt is printed by hand, there will always be a degree of variation between each print. Some prints are meant to look distressed or faded but no two shirts will look exactly alike making every one unique and especially for you!

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
