Need a great way to start the morning while getting your kids to do some physical activity?  Missy has dance background but you can find some basic ballet moves for your little ones on youtube. 

We do have some pretty amazing dance parties though, we use the simple amazon echo and hue lights to make it like a dance party.  Enjoy!
